ReplyDeleteHey, I'm hopping over from New Friend Friday! I went gluten-free (and egg-free and milk-free and etc) for a year in college, and though I finally gave it up, I certainly ate healthier and learned a lot while I was doing it. Plus it gave me a leg up when I had friends who were celiacs because I didn't feel intimidated trying to feed them as people often were with me. I wish blogging had been around back then - your blog looks like a GREAT resource!
